When you post on social media do you sometimes fee When you post on social media do you sometimes feel like you're shouting into a noisy, crowded room trying to make yourself heard? ⁣ ⁣ There are ways to make your business stand out and be more visible. ➡⁣ ⁣ 📷 Sharing good quality photos that tell your story will give your audience the best first impression. ⁣ ⁣ ✴ Building trust is important and being visible can help with this. ⁣ ⁣ The following tips are what I use when creating photos and will improve your photography skills no matter what camera or phone camera you use.⁣ ⁣ LIGHT IS YOUR BEST FRIEND⁣ ❇ Choose the right time of day for how you want your photos to look - the light is softer in the morning before dawn and before dusk. ⁣ ❇ If you find yourself in harsh sunlight - look for shade or something to reflect the light back onto your subject - like a pathway or a light coloured wall. ⁣ ❇ Indoor lighting can be tricky - make sure you turn off your overhead lights and lamps - otherwise, you'll get that orange glow. Face a window for more flattering light. ⁣ ❇ Window light - If you are photographing indoors use the window as your light source. Face the window for more flattering light on your face. If it's really sunny use a sheer or lightweight white curtain to soften the light coming in.⁣ ⁣ I'll be sharing more tips this week. Believing in yourself is sometimes easier said tha Believing in yourself is sometimes easier said than done, right?⁣ ⁣ I'm really hard on myself, I'm so critical of everything I do. I put pressure on myself to do well otherwise I am very disappointed!⁣ ⁣ 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Take running for instance - I don't consider myself a runner, I'm not always that keen on it but my Taekwondo instructor put up a challenge to run a mile a day! ⁣ ⁣ So that's what I have tried to do because I love a challenge - it motivates me. ⁣ ⁣ He then added another challenge to get my minutes per mile down - so you guessed it I took on that challenge! ⁣ ⁣ Did I find it easy? hell no! It is bloody hard work somedays!
